Recent reports have hinted at a possible redesign of the rear camera layout in Apple’s upcoming iPhone 16 series. The leaked images indicate a vertical position for the camera, a departure from the horizontal layout seen in the iPhone 12.

Possible iPhone 16 Lineup and Features

It is suggested that the iPhone 16 lineup could include five models, with the “Plus SE” model replacing the 6.7-inch Plus model from previous releases.

Renders of the new iPhone 16 series were shared by a user on Twitter, providing a sneak peek at what’s to come. The lineup is reportedly set to include the iPhone 16 SE, iPhone 16 Plus SE, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max.

In addition to the new camera layout, all iPhone 16 models are expected to feature an Action Button (introduced in the iPhone 15 Pro models) and a dedicated Capture button for quick access to the camera.

t/f Summary: What Do We Really Know…

With the iPhone 16 launch still several months away, it remains to be seen how the new lineup will ultimately be structured and whether the Plus model will indeed be replaced by the iPhone 16 Plus SE. Keen observers are advised to keep an eye out for more details as they emerge.
