Game Developer Hit by Ransomware Gang, 200GB Data Breach

A group of cybercriminals called Mogilevich has reportedly hacked into the servers of Epic Games, a popular American game developer, and stolen around 200GB of data. They had set a deadline of March 4th for their ransom demands to be met or they will release the stolen data, which includes sensitive information like emails, passwords, payment details, and source code, on the dark web for a price of 50BTC (approximately $2.5 million).
