iPhone 17 Family | The Updates

CEO Tim Cook states that there are four models of the iPhone 17, including the newest iteraton: iPhone Air.

Apple just revealed the iPhone 17. It follows up the iPhone 16 series, packing an upgraded processor in the

  • A19 chip. The company says that the iPhone 17 is more durable than its predecessor.
  • Five colors — Lavender, Mist Blue, Black, White, Sage.
  • ProMotion display like iPhone Pro models,
    • up to 120Hz high rate and 1Hz low-rate for efficiency and power savings 
  • Faster wired charging (0 to 50% battery capacity in 20 minutes)
  • Eight more hours of video playback than iPhone 16.
  • 48-megapixel dual-fusion camera system
    • A primary camera with an optical camera.
    • 48-megapixel ultra-wide camera has 4x iPhone 16’s megapixels
    • Front-facing camera has more megapixels than the iPhone 16
