Finnish-American smart ring maker Oura confidentially filed an S-1 with the SEC, targeting an IPO at its most recent $11 billion valuation. Revenue is projected to reach $2 billion in 2026. The company has sold 5.5 million rings and built its own AI model for women’s health.
